The invention discloses a ludox
precision casting technology of a
pipe valve. The ludox
precision casting technology comprises the following steps: (1) designing a corresponding die according to the shape of the
pipe valve; (2) filling
wax in the die designed in the step (1) to obtain a
wax die with the same shape as the
pipe valve; (3) applying
refractory material to the
wax die for five times, wherein for the first time, pasting
zircon sand on the surface of the wax die, for the second time, pasting
mullite sand on the surface of the wax die, for the third time, pasting
mullite sand on the surface of the wax die, for the fourth time, pasting
mullite sand on the surface of the wax die, and for the fifth time, smearing pyrophillite
slurry on the surface of the wax die; (4)
sintering a moulding shell at 1000-1100 DEG C, and
smelting the moulding shell at 1200-1400 DEG C to dewax; (5) filling
molten metal in the sintered moulding shell, and preparing a pipe valve
casting after solidification; and (6), matting and
polishing the inner and outer surfaces of the pipe valve
casting.
