Simultaneously, the preparation method provided in the invention has the advantages of a simple process, mild reaction and wide sources of cheap raw materials.

According to the invention, plastifying and reinforcing substances such as yttrium oxide and dicyclopentadiene are added, so that the obtained ultraviolet curing coating has strong caking property, abrasion resistance, acid-base resistance and corrosion resistance; the auxiliary agent is added, so that levelling property is good, a film is uniform, the curing speed is high and the ultraviolet curing coating for plastifying and reinforcing the metal material is applicable to a primer of the metal material.

When the double-component PVDC latex is used, the component A and the component B are sprayed on a three-dimensional net-shaped structure formed by PVDC resin according to a certain mass ratio, and a biological rotating disc material obtained through hot pressing and shaping is stable in structure, good in mechanical strength and high in film forming amount. Compared with latex which is not specially used for a PVDC biological rotating disc, the double-component PVDC latex disclosed by the invention can ensure the strength of the biological rotating disc under the condition of a small dosage.
