wine making, in particular to liver protection baijiu and a preparation method thereof. The liver protection baijiu is made by joint

liver function improving, Fructus Lycii with efficacies of vital essence replenishing, eyesightimproving and
liver and kidney nourishing, Flos Puerariae with efficacies of
alcohol effect dispelling,
spleen activating and bleeding stopping, Radix Puerariae with efficacies of
muscle pathogenic factor dispelling, fever alleviating,
saliva secretion promoting and
thirst quenching, and parsley with efficacies of liver calming,
blood pressure reducing, tranquilizing, nerve calming and the like, harms caused by
alcohol to the liver are reduced while the content of nutrients in the baijiu is increased. Finally, the liver protection baijiu with efficacies of dilating
blood vessel, reducing bloodpressure and clearing lipids in blood is obtained and is further capable of improving
immunity, tranquilizing mind and soothing nerves.
