A composition and method for treating Attention Deficit / Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is provided which can be used both with and without ethical drugs now used to treat ADHD. The composition contains dimethylaminoethanol (DMAE), omega 3-fatty acids, betaine, oligomeric proanthocyanidins (OPC), folic acid, vitamins C, E, B12, B6, B5 and beta-carotene and minerals (calcium, magnesium, zinc and selenium).
