low density PU particles and fillers by means of foaming in the outsole, and the
mass ratio of the
low density PU particles to the fillers is 1:3-4. The PU foaming layer is processed and molded by means of foaming,
sizing, cooling and reshaping and the like. The anti-
hydrolysis PU elastic environment-friendly sole has the advantages of being abrasion-proof, environment-friendly, anti- hydrolyzing, elastic, difficult to deform, light in weight,
deodorant, curable in pedopathy and the like; the anti-hydrolysis PU elastic environment-friendly sole not only solves the problems of the prior art that due to the fact that rubber is combined with the PU, soles are heavy and poor in elasticity, needs color spray, and is not environment-friendly, but also can prevent the PU from being hydrolyzed and replacing non-degradable materials such as
ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA); the anti-hydrolysis PU elastic environment-friendly sole is simple in production methods and operation and low in mould cost, and greatly reduces cost of production.
