The invention discloses a
processing technique for treating rubber block
processing wastewater of a rubber latex
processing plant, which comprises the following steps of: treating rubber latex solidified waste solution and rubber block processing
wastewater, and establishing a plurality of continuous
sedimentation filter tanks according to the
discharge of the rubber block processing
wastewater; before the rubber latex processing
plant starts operating every year, cleaning the filter tanks, and fully filling the filter materials such as
bagasse and the like into the plurality of continuous
sedimentation filter tanks according to the volumes of the filter tanks; according to the condition of the final outlet wastewater of the filter tanks, the number of the filter tanks and the annual rubber latex processing time, gradually exchanging the
bagasse or coconut fibers or banana cauloids in the filter tanks from the filter tank of the most front end, so that the filter capacity of the filter
fermentation system is kept in
dynamic balance and update; and preparing microbial culture mother solution containing probiotics such as
yeast,
lactic acid bacteria,
bacillus licheniformis and the like, mixing, piling and fermenting the microbial culture mother solution, a
sugar source,
phosphate rock
powder and the exchanged filter materials, and properly
drying the fermented product to form a
solid biological
fertilizer. Generally, the method is simple, low in implementation and maintenance costs and the like.
