ceramic production. The preparation method comprises the following steps: stirring and mixing thefollowing raw materials in parts by weight: 20 to 30 parts of preprocessed kaolin
powder, 10 to 20 parts of flaky
graphene oxide, 20 to 30 parts of coconut
charcoal fibers, 20 to 30 parts of calciclase
powder, 40 to 50 parts of clay, 20 to 30 parts of preprocessed
quartz powder, 8 to 10 parts of
urea, 8 to 10 parts of
calcium nitrate solution, 10 to 20 parts of N'-cetyl-N,N-dimethyl ethyl amidinesolution, 10 to 20 parts of
hexadecane, 10 to 20 parts of vegetable
essential oil, 20 to 30 parts of modified additives and 60 to 80 parts of bacillus
pasteurella bacteria solution at a constant temperature, and obtaining a primary processed mixture; stirring and mixing alkaline phenolic resin and the primary processed mixture according to a weight ratio of (1 to 10):(1 to 20), and obtaining a secondary processed mixture; and introducing
argon into the secondary processed mixture, heating stirring, and mixing, thus obtaining the
ceramic clay. The ceramic clay prepared according to the technical scheme of the invention has the characteristics of excellent
plasticity and water
corrosion resistance.
