coke oven
flue gas and a technological method thereof, belongs to the technical field ofneed of
flue gas purifying devices. The device comprises a
coke oven, a semi-dry desulfurization
tower, a bag-type dust remover, an SCR reactor, aninduced draft fan and a
chimney which are sequentially connected through a
flue, wherein a rotary atomizer is mounted on the top of the semi-dry desulfurization
tower; a
tower bottom ash discharging valve is mounted at a conical hopper of the semi-drydesulfurization tower; a
screw conveyor is mounted at the bottom of the bag-type dust remover and is connected with an ash
silo through a scraper conveyor and a
bucket elevator; and an ash dischargingvalve is arranged on an ash hopper at the lower part of the ash
silo. By a rotary spraying semi-dry desulfurization technology, no
wastewater is discharged, desulfurization
slag has a stable market channel, and an
environmental protection problem is completely solved; during
discharge, no white mist tailing phenomenon is caused; and the service life of a low-temperature catalyst is prolonged. Thedevice can be widely applied to occasions where the
flue gas purifying devices are needed, and is especially applicable to the field of low-temperature
denitrification, desulfurization and dust removal in the
coke oven, a garbage incinerator, an industrial
kiln and the like.
