The application discloses graphene powder metallic topcoat, comprising a base, a filling material, a gaseous corrosion inhibitor and an aid, wherein the base comprises, by weight, 30-50 parts of polyester powder resin, 5-15 parts of polytetrafluoroethylene resin, 3-5 parts of curing agent (TGIC) and 5-15 parts of fluorocarbon powder resin; the filling material includes, by weight, 1-5 parts of flaky aluminum powder or pearl powder, 20-40 parts of barium sulfate, and 0.05-1 part of graphene. The aluminum power or pearl powder is added by means of binding, so that a coating layer of the graphenepowder metallic topcoat has better appearance and better decorating property. By adding the flaky aluminum powder, the coating layer has better light reflecting effect; weatherability of the graphenepowder metallic topcoat is improved to certain degree. Conductivity of graphene helps transfer photo-cured electrons in time, which are generated by coating pigment-filler exposed to ultraviolet; damage to resin macromolecular chains due to the photo-cured electrons is prevented; aging resistance of the coating layer is effectively improved.
