The invention relates to a
royal jelly protein polypeptide.
Royal jelly proteins have multiple
skin care effects, so that the
royal jelly proteins are widely used in
skin care products, however, macromolecular
royal jelly proteins are difficult to be directly absorbed by organisms through
skin, so that the royal jelly proteins is hardly put into full play. For overcoming defects in the prior art, according to the invention, royal jelly proteins rich in nutrients are extracted from royal jelly, then the royal jelly proteins are subjected to enzymolysis sequentially by using pepsase,
neutral protease and bromelain under appropriate pH value conditions so as to obtain enzymatic
hydrolysate, and the enzymatic
hydrolysate is filtered sequentially by using a
filtration membrane with a thickness of 0.4-0.5mu m and an
ultrafiltration membrane with a molecular
cut-off of 4-5kD, so that a royal jelly
protein polypeptide with a molecular weight of less than 1000 Da is obtained. According to the invention, royal jelly proteins are used in a small-molecular-weight
peptide form, so that the royal jelly proteins can be put into a full play; through examination, the
DPPH clearance rate of the royal jelly
protein polypeptide provided by the invention is over 80%, so that the royal jelly protein polypeptide has an excellent free radical
scavenging effect; and the royal jelly protein polypeptide can promote the improvement of
skin elasticity and has an anti-
aging effect.
