A fluorescent spectra of the up-conversion nanoparticles are tested, and the up-conversion nanoparticles are excited in an exciting wavelength condition of 980nm to give out green fluorescence. By specifically combining the up-conversion nanoparticles with hemoglobin in an occult blood fingerprint component, more nanoparticles will be gathered in a fingerprint streakline region to form centralized gathering of the streakline region. The fingerprint streakline of a fingerprint sample in an excitation light source of 980nm is clearly displayed, so that a purpose of displaying the occult blood fingerprint fluorescently is achieved. The materials are easy to prepare, and the method is quick and easy to operate, and the synthetic process is green and environmental-friendly. The up-conversion nanoparticles provided by the invention are high in sensitivity and non-toxic, and do not damage potential information of bloody fingerprints.
