The present invention discloses a modified
waste oil coating material and an application of the modified
waste oil coating material in
coating slow /
controlled release fertilizers. The modified
waste oil coating material comprises, by
mass, 30-70% of waste oil, 20-65% of
acrylic acid hydroxy ester, 0.5-5% of a catalyst, 0.1-1% of a
polymerization inhibitor, and 1-5% of a cross-linking agent, wherein the modified waste oil coating material is sprayed on the granular
fertilizer surface, and heating curing is performed to obtain the coating slow /
controlled release fertilizer. According to the present invention, the modified waste oil coating material has characteristics of biodegradability, wide
raw material source, waste resource reutilization promotion, and reduction of harm on the environment and the
human body; the preparation process has characteristics of simpleness, no
organic solvent, no water, and meeting of requirements of low carbon,
environmental protection and
energy source saving; and application of the modified waste oil coating material to prepare the coating slow /
controlled release fertilizer has characteristics of low cost, simple process, no
solvent recovery equipment, no other equipment, less investment,
continuous production, and strong industrialization feasibility.
