sludge freeze-thawing cycle conditioning and deep
dewatering method, relates to the technical field of
sludge treatment, and aims to solve the problems that a
sludge treatment method on the market is low in
dewatering performance and low in
sludge dewatering amount, the number of treatment devices is large, the treatment devices are dispersive, the process is complex, anduse cost is high. The method comprises the following steps: (1) taking residual sludge of a sludge bin of a
sewage treatment
plant, wherein the
moisture content of the sludge is 70-80%; (2) carryingout
quick freeze-thawing treatment: concretely putting the sludge into a W-shaped material frame, soaking the material frame in a refrigerating fluid through an electric hoist, completely freezing thematerial frame, then conveying the material frame to a thawing tank through the electric hoist for demolding treatment, and carrying out discharging after demolding is completed, wherein the freezingtemperature ranges from -25 DEG C to -35 DEG C, the freezing time is 1-1.5 hours, the unfreezing temperature is about 35-45 DEG C, and the thawing time is 15-30 minutes; and (3) after the sludge is thawed, conveying the sludge to a deep
dewatering integrated device. Firstly, the pressure in a filter pressing stage is 0.8-1.6 MPa, the filter pressing time is 15 min, the squeezing pressure in a squeezing and dewatering stage is 1.8 MPa, the squeezing time is 10 min, and a mud cake with a
water content of about 40% is obtained after deep dewatering is carried out through a plate-and-frame filterpress.
