detector, a water-level probe, a water inlet unit and at least one
water supply unit, wherein the first pressure
detector, the second pressure detector and the water-level probe are arranged on the boiler body, the water inlet unit is connected to the boiler, and the at least one
water supply unit is connected from the boiler; the boiler comprises the boiler body and a heater, the
vapor pressure in the boiler body can be controlled within a stable range through the first pressure detector and the second pressure detector, and the boiler can be used for reserving preheated hot water for using in the abundant
water use. As the hot water is not synchronously heated by utilizing a large-power heater, not only the
electric power consumption at the peak time can be reduced, but also a great amount of water can be loaded. The invention also provides a hot-water
brewing system with low power and abundant water supply, comprising the
brewing mechanism and a control module.
