Rack for supporting circularly symmetrical containers

The invention relates to a rack for supporting cask-type containers. The rack comprises a plurality of modular structures each suitable for receiving a single container, each modular structure presenting a back vertical mean plane and a substantially parallel front vertical mean plane, and having top fixing points, bottom fixing points, and support means close to said bottom fixing points, said support means being substantially contained in a horizontal plane so as to support a container. The modular structures are connected to one another via their fixing points on a horizontal axis and on a vertical axis so that each upper modular structure straddles two lower modular structures.

Modular test tube rack

A modular test tube rack for assembly with similarly constructed racks comprise a flat rectangular body displaying, in a first position, a series of wells extending from its top wall to its bottom wall and adapt to receive tubes therein. A pair of handles vertically extend at opposite end walls of the body, each handle having a lower portion adapted to tightly engage an extension on each end wall and a hand gripping upper portion. The lower portion has a bottom edge configured to anchor with the top edge of the handle of an underposed similarly constructed rack to thereby enable a stacking of two more of these racks. In one embodiment, the body displays a second series of wells extending from the bottom wall to the top wall whereby the body, when in a second position reversed relative to the first position, may also receive test tubes, the handles being reversably mountable to the end wall extension to still enable a stacking of racks in the second position.

Product dispenser assembly and cartridge for holding product

A product holding, displaying and dispensing assembly includes a dispenser housing having a feed channel and a dispensing location together with a pre-packed, shipping cartridge holding a plurality of product units. The cartridge is inserted and held within the dispenser housing as the product units move within the cartridge to the dispensing location where a consumer can access and remove one or more product units. Unlike more conventional dispensers, the assembly of the present invention is configured so that the pre-packed cartridge is loaded into and remains within the housing as the product units are dispensed and advance forward within the dispenser. After insertion, the cartridge is locked in place by an arrangement of the feed track when one or more cans remain in the cartridge, but can be removed easily when the cartridge is empty. A forward facing surface also provides an additional advertising medium.

Product Management Display System with Trackless Pusher Mechanism

A product management display system for merchandising product on a shelf includes using a trackless pusher mechanism that travels along a surface on which product is placed and one or more dividers for separating product into rows. The one or more dividers may be engaged to a front rail in two different conditions, locked and unlocked. In a locked condition, the relationship between the divider and the front rail resists alteration in any direction with respect to each other. In the unlocked condition, the dividers may be freely slid laterally along the front rail, while remaining perpendicular to the front rail. The one or more dividers may lock to the front rail through the use of corresponding teeth, resilient surfaces, a locking tab, a locking bar and / or a cam.

A test tube rack for supporting, storing and carrying a plurality of test tubes in a laboratory environment comprising a tray, a central support panel and / or lower support panel and a cover. The tray and cover are identical and interchangeable, and tapered for storage in nested stacks. Wells in the tray bottom are in alignment with corresponding openings in the central support panel and corresponding holes in the lower support panel and with domes in the cover, and serve to locate and retain test tubes within the test tube rack. The cover snap-attaches to the tray by means of at least one molded-in tab on the tray or cover which is received and frictionally retained by a corresponding well on the opposite element, thereby locating and securing the cover to the tray, and also locating and securing the central support panel between the tray and the cover. A dual-purpose support panel has manually removable perforated edges allowing it to serve either as a central support panel or, with the perforated edges removed, as a lower support panel. The test tube rack is preferably made of transparent injection-molded or thermoformed plastic.

Track for a display case

A track for a display case. The track can be mounted to a front edge of a shelf to allow prominent display of food or beverage containers, as well as promoting more complete use of the space within the display case. While applicable to all beverage display cases, the track of the present invention is particularly beneficial in retail or related commercial display cases, as it places products in a prominent visual location without obscuring a user's ability to identify or retrieve a container disposed on a shelf behind the track. In one form, it allows for substantially horizontal alignment of containers, to minimize the likelihood of obscuring products situated behind the track.

Wine rack and kit and method for its onsite assembly

InactiveUS6763956B2Readily and economically and expeditiously fabricated offsiteAssembled inexpensively and rapidlyBottle cupboardsFolding cabinetsSheet steelShortest distance
Disclosed is a wine rack, large versions of which are adapted to be installed against a wall of a room or as a free standing wall separated from the walls of a room, which is a monolithic flat rigid sheet to which has uniformly mounted in rows through holes therein a like number of wine bottle support rods which project perpendicularly and parallel to each other from one or both faces of the sheet so that two wine bottles of varying sidewall diameter can be stored on three of the rods without their side-walls touching and whose essential elements can be fabricated offsite by forming uniform rows of holes in a monolithic sheet of stainless steel; fitting in the holes machine bolts whose threaded shank ends project beyond a face of the steel sheet; bonding the heads of the bolts to the opposite face of the steel sheet so that their threaded ends project axially perpendicularly, rigidly and parallel to each other; and forming a female threaded cavity in one end of a plurality of wine bottle support rods. The thus-fabricated structural parts of the wine rack are then transported to the installation site, where the rods are coupled to the projecting ends of the bolts. A plurality of the thus-fabricated wine rack are mounted side-by-side vertically on a wall of a room at the installation site or one of them can be installed as free standing version which is stabilizing from bending or swaying at its base. A free standing version with wine bottle support rods projecting from both faces thereof can similarly be produced using short lengths of threaded steel rods which, when inserted in the holes in the steel sheet, its ends project a short distance beyond each face of the steel sheet so that the internally female threaded ends wine bottle support rods can be mounted on both ends thereof.
