superoxide dismutase activity. The preparation method for the compound mulberry preparation comprises the following steps of: extracting 12g of mulberry and 9g of medlar in
ethanol of which the concentration is 70 percent and the amount is 10 timesthat of the mulberry and the medlar at
room temperature for 10 hours, sealing and crushing the extract with ultrasonic
waves for 30 minutes, filtering the extract, and extracting the
filtration residue with
ethanol of which the concentration is 70 percent and the amount is 6 times and 4 times that of the
filtration residue again for one time respectively; combining the filtrates, reclaiming the
ethanol to obtain an extract of the mulberry and medlar; centrifuging 20g of
porphyridium cruentum with a centrifugal for 10 minutes, suspending the
porphyridium cruentum in 50mmol / L of
phosphate buffer of which the pH value is 7.4, crushing the
porphyridium cruentum with ultrasonic
waves, centrifuging the crushed
porphyridium cruentum with a high-speed centrifugal for 15 minutes to obtain a liquidsupernatant, and refrigerating and
drying the liquid supernatant to obtain a dried product; and uniformly mixing the dried product and the extract of the mulberry and medlar to obtain the mulberry preparation. The mulberry preparation can be applied to a natural
antioxidant which is newly developed in fields, such as food, medicament and the like, and contributes to industrial production.
