Compared with light sensing composed of a conventional capacitor, an electrical impedance sensor, an electrochemical sensor and a discrete element, the chip disclosed by the present invention has the advantages of being simple in structure, standard CMOS compatible process which is easier to integrate, low in cost and high in accuracy. The invention discloses a dual-detection biochemical sensing detector integrated with optofluidics. The dual-detection biochemical sensing detector comprises a light source system, a light path reshaping system, a sensing chip, a three-dimensional control system, a surface-enhanced Raman SERS (Surface Enhanced Raman Scattering) detection system, a local surface plasma resonance LSPR (Localised Surface Plasmon Resonance) detection system and an automatic sampling control system. According to the sensing chip disclosed by the invention, two optical detection means of the LSPR and SERS are simultaneously adopted and are combined with microfluidics to form a novel microfluidics optical sensing chip; the application of traditional LSPR or SERS is extended by the technology; the sensing chip based on a double plasma structure has great attraction for biochemistry detection based on a liquid sample; and the research and application of the microfluidics optical sensing system are accelerated. The sample is detected by using two complementary modes of the LSPR and SERS; and the combination of the LSPR and SERS analytic technologies on the same substrate is realized.

The invention provides a seminal plasma compound quality control product which comprises freeze-dried powder prepared by mixing a quality control preserving fluid and a seminal plasma stock solution, wherein the quality control preserving fluid is a water solution containing 0.47-0.67 percent of sugar, 0.07-0.17 percent of salt and 0.63-0.83 percent of enzyme stabilizing agent; the seminal plasma stock solution is seminal plasma obtained by directly centrifuging human fresh seminal fluid which is completely liquefied; a mixing volume ratio of the quality control preserving fluid to the seminal plasma stock solution is (1:100)-(100:1). According to the seminal plasma compound quality control product, a special quality control preserving fluid is adopted and freeze-dried after being mixed with the seminal plasma in a proper volume ratio, and then various biochemical criterions in the seminal plasma are more stable, thus the defects of instability and difficulty in preservation of materials in the seminal fluid in vitro are effectively prevented; the prepared seminal plasma compound quality control product is stable in performance, is simple and convenient to use, and can be used in quality control of seminal plasma biochemical detection items.
