The invention discloses an automatic alarm processing device and an alarm processing method for a terminal-reported alarm based on a recorder management platform and relates to the field of automaticvehicle alarm. According to the invention, the problem in the prior art that no automatic vehicle alarm processing scheme is available can be solved. An alarm processing rule is configured through a webpage terminal and then is associated with certain vehicles. The relation between the alarm processing rule and the associated vehicles is stored in a database. The basic information such as the alarm processing rule is read regularly by a server. According to the rule, a specific model algorithm is formed. The vehicle alarm data is received through the message queue ZMQ mode. The data is used asa triggering condition which is executed by the alarm processing rule. When a vehicle identifier alarm processing type of the vehicle alarm data is matched with the alarm processing rule, specific actions defined in the alarm processing rule are executed.
