The invention provides a train air conditioner control method achieving quick response. The method comprises the steps that 1, passenger weight data of all train carriages is acquired, and an air conditioner load module of a train air conditioner control system calculates all train carriage load values, a fresh-air fan rotation speed value and a fresh-air air valve switching-on degree value which are needed by air conditioner simulation; 2, supply-stroke refrigerant temperature data, back-stroke refrigerant temperature data and back-stroke refrigerant flow data of air conditioners of all train carriages are acquired; 3, the train carriage load values, the fresh-air fan rotation speed value and the fresh-air air valve switching-on degree value which are needed by computational simulation are compared, and the refrigerating capacity, the fresh-air fan rotation speed and the fresh-air air valve switching-on degree of the train air conditioner control system are regulated by comparing the load state in real time. Compared with the method of controlling the air conditioner system load by monitoring the temperature in the carriages, the method has the advantages that feedback of the air conditioner system load is quicker and more accurate, and the time needed when a comfortable riding environment is provided for passengers is shortened.
