The invention discloses an environment-friendly water-based
metal surface treatment agent. The environment-friendly water-based
metal surface treatment agent is composed of, by weight, 18 parts to 20 parts of
polyvinyl alcohol, 0.1 part to 0.3 part of
dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, 2 parts to 3 parts of
sodium palmitate, 0.1 part to 0.2 part of
ammonium paratungstate, 2 parts to 3 parts of chlorinated paraffin, 0.2 part to 0.3 part of
potassium metasilicate, 0.6 part to 1 part of 6-tert-butyl-o-
cresol, 0.3 part to 1 part of bone glue, 0.3 part to 1 part of
potassium citrate, 0.3 part to 0.7 part of 2-aminoethyl heptadecenyl imidazoline, 6 parts to 8 parts of
sericin, 0.08 part to 0.1 part of
boric acid, 10 parts to 20 parts of methylbenzotriazole, 0.9 part to 2 parts of
sorbitan oleate, and 170 parts to 200 parts of deionized water.
Water soluble macromolecule polyvinyl alcohol is mixed with the
sericin, and through
boric acid modification, the tensile strength and the
thermal stability of a blended membrane can be improved;
corrosion inhibition alkali liquor with the methylbenzotriazole as a main material is added, so that the membrane adsorbed on a
metal surface can be more even and stable; and a metal material is protected against
corrosion of air and harmful media in water, and the better
corrosion inhibition effect is achieved.
