The present invention relates to methods and compositions for treating tumors. On one hand, the invention relates to an injection which comprises 0.001%-0.2% of aluminum sulfate in terms of anhydrous substances and water for injection. By adopting the steamed rice dumpling leaf, free iron in steamed rice dumpling leaves can be removed, people can be prevented from emesis, diarrhea or heavy metal poisoning caused by excessive iron ions, and a nutrition healthcare function is achieved as the steamed rice dumpling leaf is rich in sodium iron chlorophyllin.
