Embodiment 1

[0024] Sodium iron chlorophyllin is dissolved in water to make the solution concentration 0.67g / 100ml. Separation by filtration and drying at 60°C for 2 hours to obtain black (dark green) iron-magnesium chlorophyll. Carry out the measurement of each index. Wherein, by AVATAR360 type Fourier transform infrared spectrometer, UV7652 spectrophotometer, obtain chlorophyll iron sodium salt and chlorophyll iron magnesium salt spectrogram (see attached Figure 1~4 ), and analyzed and compared, it was determined that the product was chlorophyll iron-magnesium salt.

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for preparing a natural chlorophyll iron magnesium salt and obtains the natural chlorophyll iron magnesium salt (namely, iron chlorophyllin magnesium). The method includes that sodium ferrous chlorophyllin and magnesium salts serve as raw materials, and direct substitution and one step manufacture are adopted. The sodium ferrous chlorophyllin and the magnesium salts are dissolved in water according to a mass ratio, adding a magnesium salt solution into a sodium ferrous chlorophyllin solution, magnetically stirring the mixture at a speed of about 1000r / min, and reacting the mixture fully at a room temperature; and performing aging, separation and drying at a temperature of 60 DEG C for 2 to 3 hours to obtain the back (deep green) chlorophyll iron magnesium salt. The yield is calculated to be 72% to 78%. The resultant is explained to be the chlorophyll iron magnesium salt through color change and precipitation formation in the preparation, nature determination of an ultraviolet (UV) spectrogram and an infrared (IR) spectrogram, and spectrogram analysis. The preparation method is simple and direct, the cost is low, the pollution to the environment is small, and the yield is high. Materials needed by the synthesis are easy to obtain, non-toxic and harmless, the price is low, and the method has infinite development and application prospects in aspects of food, medical drugs and the like.
