The invention discloses a state-derived composite material, which consists of a transition metal-nitrogen-carbon matrix and 20-80 wt% transition metal oxide nanoparticles to form a chloroplast-like spherical structure with a diameter of 200-500 nm. The preparation method of the relic-derived composite material is as follows: (1) after crushing the plant leaves, put them into the extract and grind them, filter them through gauze, and then use differential centrifugation to purify the chloroplasts, and then soak them in glutaraldehyde phosphate buffer to remove the chloroplasts. Fixing the microstructure of chloroplasts; (2) immersing the fixed chloroplasts in HCl aqueous solution and transition metal acetate methanol solution successively to obtain transition metal chlorophyll derivatives, which are centrifuged and then freeze-dried; (3) freeze-dried The dried chloroplasts are calcined in an inert gas atmosphere or under vacuum conditions to obtain the remains-derived composite material. The state-derived composite material of the invention has a stable and controllable micro-nano structure and can be applied as a fuel cell electrode catalyst.
