The invention provides a high-yield breeding method for groupers. The method comprises the following steps that before fry putting,
grouper fry of the length of 3-5 cm are selected and placed in a composite solution of povidone
iodine and
pennisetum hydridum
medicine liquid for a medicinal bath; an indoor pond is selected, and after the
water quality of the pond is stable, the
grouper fry after the medicated bath are put into the pond; in the breeding stage, before the average weight of the fishes is less than 0.5 kg, granular feed is put, wherein the granular feed is prepared from, by weight,30-40 parts of
corn flour, 15-18 parts of seaweed
powder, 3-5 parts of silkworm chrysalis
powder, 23-28 parts of jackfruit
powder, 1-2 parts of
coconut oil, 5-7 parts of
astaxanthin, 1-2 parts of
antibacterial peptide and 0.1-0.3 part of
vitamin C; when the average weight of the fishes is 0.5 kg or above, fermented feed is put, wherein the fermented feed is prepared from, by weight, 10-30 parts of sweet potatoes, 20-30 parts of
soybean meal, 11-14 parts of
peanut meal, 5-8 parts of nepenthes mirabilis, 10-15 parts of fructus arctii and 25-35 parts of distillers'grains for rice
wine, and
rhizobia and actobacillus plantum are added to all the raw materials for
fermentation; adult fishes are harvested. By means of the method, the obtained groupers have high
disease resistance and
survival rate, a large specification, a low
coefficient of variation and a large yield.
