Embodiment 1

[0024] Take 2.0kg of styrene-isoprene block copolymer and 1.5kg of medical grade white oil to melt in the reactor, the temperature is controlled at 120~170℃; until the styrene-isoprene block copolymer is completely melted Finally, in the reactor, add 1.5kg isoprene rubber, keep warm for a period of time; Get 1.6kg hydrocolloid particle, 3.8kg sodium carboxymethyl cellulose and 0.2kg carboxymethyl chitosan and mix; Then slowly add to In the reaction kettle, keep stirring, and after it is completely mixed, evenly spray the povidone-iodine solution, cool down and defoam; then the obtained mixture is evenly coated on the thin polymer film, that is, the hydrocolloid layer is coated on the backing layer The thickness of the hydrocolloid layer is 3.5 mm, and the temperature is lowered; finally, the hydrocolloid layer is covered with glassine paper, that is, the hydrocolloid layer is covered with a peeling layer, and then packaged.

Embodiment 2

[0026] Take 1.5kg of styrene-isoprene block copolymer and 1.2kg of medical grade white oil to melt in the reactor, the temperature is controlled at 120~170℃; until the styrene-isoprene block copolymer is completely melted Finally, add 1.8kg rosin in the reactor and keep it warm for a period of time; get 2.0kg hydrocolloid particles, 2.8 kg sodium carboxymethylcellulose and 0.27kg carboxymethyl chitosan and mix them evenly, then slowly add them into the reactor, Stir continuously, after being completely mixed, evenly spray povidone-iodine, cool down and defoam; then the obtained mixture is evenly coated on a thin polymer film, that is, the hydrocolloid layer is coated on the backing layer, and the hydrocolloid layer The thickness of the glass is 2.5mm, and the temperature is lowered; finally, the hydrocolloid layer is covered with glassine paper, and then packaged.

Abstract

The invention provides a novel povidone-iodine antibacterial hydrocolloid dressing and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: (a) adding styrene-isoprene segmented copolymer and mineral oil (medical-grade white oil) into an internal mixer at a temperature of between 120 and 170 DEG C, and softening for 5 to 10 minutes; (b) dosing tackifying resin and an antioxidant into the softened styrene-isoprene segmented copolymer, and mixing to obtain premix; (c) adding hydrocolloid particles, sodium carboxymethylcellulose and carboxymethyl chitosan into the premix; (d) uniformly spraying povidone-iodine into the mixture obtained in step (c) by using a povidone-iodine complex device; and (e) applying to a copolymer film or non-woven fabric, namely coating the hydrocolloid layer to a back-lining layer. The copolymer film or glassine paper is coated on the prepared hydrocolloid layer, which means that a release layer is coated on the hydrocolloid layer to obtain the povidone-iodine antibacterial hydrocolloid dressing. The povidone-iodine antibacterial hydrocolloid dressing has the advantages of reducing the side effect of antibiosis and improving the effect of constant antibiosis.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a composition of a novel biomedical polymer material and a preparation method thereof, in particular to a novel povidone-iodine antibacterial hydrocolloid dressing with antibacterial and wound healing functions and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] Since the 1980s, trauma dressings have developed greatly. The choice of dressings on the market today, in addition to traditional dressings (including gauze and synthetic fibers), also has a variety of modern dressings and active dressings. Among them, modern dressings are mainly represented by hydrogel dressings, alginate dressings, hydrocolloid dressings and foam dressings, while active dressings are mainly related to antibacterial and growth factor-containing dressings. According to statistics, as of 2012, the utilization rate of foreign modern dressings has reached 35%; while the utilization rate of domestic modern dressings is only 10%, and the market ...
