The invention belongs to the technical field of measurement and relates to a method for measuring a temperature field in a laser welding process. In the laser welding process, a fusion line of a welding joint section and a represented temperature value (a material melting point temperature value) during metal welding are utilized, so that a method for measuring the temperature field in the laser welding process is designed, the thermal imagery and temperature field obtained by utilizing the conventional thermal infrared imager and software processing system thereof are accurately calibrated, and the important problems that the result of the temperature field obtained by the conventional thermal infrared image system has a large error compared with the actual result and an accurate calibration is absent because of the influence of essential factors such as metal steam / plasma radiation, fast temperature change and the like during the current laser welding are solved. The obstacle in the process of measuring the laser welding temperature field by utilizing the thermal infrared imager at present is offset, and a way is provided for accurately measuring the temperature field distribution of a fusion zone and a thermal influence area in the laser welding process.

The invention belongs to the technical field of gas permeable membrane separation and in particular relates to a PDMS (Polydimethylsiloxane)-PVDF (Polyvinylidene Fluoride) composite membrane for separating organic vapor and a modification-preparation method thereof. The modification-preparation method of the PDMS-PVDF composite membrane comprises the following steps of: firstly, carrying out surface pre-treatment onto a PVDF supporting bottom membrane; then, soaking the pre-treated bottom membrane into a toluene solution of PDMS; placing the soaked bottom membrane in a plasma modification reaction device, carrying out plasma radiation and taking out after a certain time; finally, coating the prepared PDMS membrane casting solution on the treated PVDF bottom membrane, and cross-linking and curing at different temperatures to obtain the treated PDMS-PVDF compsosite separating membrane. The PDMS-PVDF composite membrane obtained by modification in the invention is compact and free of defects; the bonding strength of the PDMS separating layer and the PVDF is remarkably improved and a hole leakage phenomenon is effectively prevented. The PDMS-PVDF composite membrane obtained by modification is used for separating a propane-nitrogen gas system, so that the total flux reaches 1.93*10<-2>cm<3> / cm<2>.s, and the separating factor reaches 25.1.

The technological process includes the following steps: implanting carbon ion to alumina ceramic before deposition; microwave plasma high-temperature annealing of the alumina ceramic under mixed nitrogen and hydrogen atmosphere; and the oriented deposition of diamond film on the alumina ceramic. During the oriented deposition, the alumina ceramic is set inside the quartz tube reactor with microwave plasma radiation, the reactor is vacuum pumped, inflated with mixed gas of hydrogen and methane, and diamond film of oriented crystal grains is formed through vapor deposition under specific technological condition.

Method for rapidly obtaining carbon/silicon carbide coaxial fiber by reducing plasma based on microwave and application

The invention discloses a carbon / silicon carbide coaxial fiber which is prepared according to the following steps: fully mixing carbon fibers, silicon powder and silicon dioxide powder to obtain a mixture; arranging in vacuum or at a normal-pressure protection condition of an inertia gas; and heating the mixture by microwave to activate the surfaces of the carbon fibers and trigger a high-temperature reaction to obtain the carbon / silicon carbide coaxial fiber. The preparation method can be used for simply, conveniently, rapidly and efficiently preparing the C / SiC coaxial fiber which is ideal in structure and excellent in oxidation resistance. The C / SiC coaxial fiber is uniform, pure, free of impurities and controllable in shape. Besides, by adopting a technology in which the microwave is used for inducing plasma radiation, the preparation method has the advantages of high heating speed, uniform heating, small thermal inertia, short production period and the like, and the preparation cost is further lowered.

With a magnesium piece as an anode and a carbon rod as a cathode, instant high temperature and local high pressure are generated along with luminescence and shock waves in liquid by using an electrolyte diaphragm discharge plasma radiation principle; meanwhile, such high-activity particles as HO-, H-, O-, HO2- and H2O2 are generated; and the active particles can trigger multiple chemical reactions to accelerate such reactions as oxidation, reduction, decomposition and hydrolysis to prepare nanometer particles. Production method of fluoride-free waterproof woven fabric

The invention relates to a production method of a fluoride-free waterproof woven fabric. The production method comprises the following processes in sequence: (a) pre-treatment process; (b) dyeing process; (c) cleaning process; (d) plasma process; and (e) fluoride-free waterproof heat setting process. The production method is characterized in that plasma beams emitted by a plasma generator are utilized to irradiate the woven fabric to ensure that a concave-convex coarse structure is formed on the surface of the treated fabric and then fluoride-free finishing liquid is padded on the coarse surface of the fabric. The coarse structure on the surface of the plasma irradiated fabric can form a lotus effect so as to enhance the water repellency of the fabric. Meanwhile, after the plasma irradiation, reactive free radicals can be generated on the fiber surface so that the combination of the subsequent fluoride-free waterproof finishing agent and the fiber surface is steady and the fabric still has water repellency after repeated washing. According to the production method, the technical problems of low water repellency and washing intolerance in present fluoride-free waterproof finishing are solved.

The invention also relates to the jeans garment ultraviolet light photocatalytic shaping and finishing method by adopting the shaping liquid, which comprises the following steps of: carrying out plasma radiation treatment on a part of a jeans garment required to be shaped, spraying the shaping liquid onto the treated part of the jeans garment, pre-drying on a drying tunnel-type drying oven and crinkling the treated part of the jeans garment; then carrying out photocatalytic shaping on the treated parts; and finally washing and drying. The method is high in catalytic efficiency, is environmental-friendly and energy-saving and is high in production efficiency. The finished jeans garment is durable, is good in shaping effect and good in handfeel and gloss, is environmental-friendly and generates no formaldehyde emission.

Laser-pumped plasma light source and plasma ignition method

The light source contains a gas filled chamber with a region of radiating plasma sustained by a focused beam of a CW laser. The means for plasma ignition is a pulsed laser system generating a first and a second laser beams focused in the chamber. The first laser beam provides the optical breakdown, after which the second laser beam ignites the plasma, whose volume and density are sufficient for stationary plasma sustenance by CW laser after finishing the second laser pulse. Preferably, the first laser beam is generated in Q-switching mode and the second laser beam is generated in free-running mode. The technical result consists in ensuring high reliability of igniting the plasma, in creating in this basis electrodeless high-brightness broadband light sources with the high spatial and power stability, and in providing an ability to collect broadband plasma radiation in a spatial angle of more than 9 sr.
