A one-model multi-item automatic plastic stretching and blowing machine consists of a heating machine of a plastic bottle-pipe and a stretching and blowing machine. The heating machine is a main drive shaft which is arranged on a stander and is driven by power. A main drive chain wheel is arranged on the main drive shaft. A passive chain wheel which is arranged on a passive shaft is driven by the main drive shaft through a chain. A trusteeship is arranged on the chain. The trusteeship coordinates with the plastic bottle-pipe. The stretching and blowing machine comprises a template which is arranged in the stander, an opening and locking mechanism and a stretching and blowing mechanism. The present invention is characterized in that a bottle-pipe intermediate transmission device is arranged between the heating machine and the stretching and blowing machine. The bottle-pipe intermediate transmission device consists of a turning wheel and a driving belt which are arranged on an intermediate stander. A pipe clipping tongs is arranged on the driving belt. The pipe clipping tongs is contacted with a bottle-pipe. A plastic bottle-pipe sending device is arranged on one end of the heating machine. The pipe clipping tongs coordinates with the sending device which is arranged on the heating machine. The present invention is used for producing mineral water bottles, cosmetics bottles and so on.
