crankshaft mechanism of a small
aviation piston engine. The novel combined
crankshaft mechanism comprises a front-section
crank throw unit, a rear-section
crank throw unit, a
butt joint cover and a bearing component, wherein the two
crank throw units have a similar structure and are mutually subjected to
butt joint; the two crank throw units are subjected to
butt joint fixing through an inner ring of the butt joint cover; the bearing component arranged on an outer ring of the butt joint cover is taken as a middle main shaft support; each crank throw unit comprises three cranks and two connecting rod shaft paths, wherein each crank is rectangular, two ends of each crank are of a circular arc shape, the cranks are arranged in parallel, and are fixedly connected through the connecting rod shaft paths which are mutually in parallel, and the axis of each connecting rod shaft paths and the corresponding crank are mutually vertical; the two crank throw units are far away from the outer side wall of the crank on the outermost side on a butt joint position; a front and rear end main shaft
diameter and a front and rear end cone shaft
diameter are respectively outwards arranged along the axis of the main shaft in sequence; the end surface of the cone shaft
diameter is respectively provided with an inner threaded hole for fastening an outer connecting piece. The novel combined
crankshaft mechanism of the small
aviation piston engine has the advantages of simple and compact structure and reasonability in arrangement, the integral rigidity and strength of the crank is improved, and product reliability is effectively improved.
