The invention adopts a small quantity of separating mesh plates in the hollow cylinder structure of the drum core and a large amount of noise absorbing cotton to form a plurality of noise reducing chambers so as to efficiently realize the best noise absorbing effect on the basis of keeping unobstructed air exhaust; the unobstructed air exhaust reduces the load of the engine and causes the combustion chamber to get more sufficient air supply so as to guarantee that the air in the combustion chamber is completely combusted to best explore the power, thus realizing the effects of ultra silence, strong power and low oil consumption.
