According to a preparation method of
graphene modified phenolic resin for precoated sand,
graphene, a composite modifier, and modified
coupling agent are used for modifying the phenolic resin, so thatthe strength and the
toughness of the phenolic resin can be obviously improved, and the
graphene modified phenolic resin is suitable for manufacturing the precoated sand with high strength and high
toughness; meanwhile, dialdehyde is added in the production process of the phenolic resin, the
bifunctional aldehyde compound can react with
phenol to form a macromolecular grid structure, phenolic resin molecules with high molecular weight are obtained, the content of
phenol can be effectively reduced, and environmental
pollution is reduced. By adding the composite modifier, the fluidity is improved, the
polymerization speed is greatly reduced, the
curing time of the phenolic resin is prolonged, the heat-resisting time can be greatly prolonged, and the collapsibility and the normal-temperaturetensile strength are improved; and the
silane coupling agent can be better dispersed in the phenolic resin through the modified
coupling agent, and the crosslinking condition of the
silane coupling agent is effectively improved.
