The invention discloses a bacterial chemotactic substance screening glass slide and application thereof. A cylindrical central groove is formed in the surface of the glass slide, one or more cylindrical peripheral grooves are further formed around the central groove, and the central groove is connected with each peripheral groove through a connecting groove. When the glass slide is used as a chemotactic experiment device, a large number of complex steps can be reduced. And through multiple comparisons of experimental results, the result of the chemotactic experiment carried out by using the device is consistent with that of a traditional swimming plate method, and meanwhile, multiple defects of the traditional swimming plate method can be overcome. For example, the error of plate counting is reduced, the experimental period is greatly shortened, and the cost of experimental materials is reduced. The invention provides a new technical means for screening bacterial chemotactic substances.

Method and system for cooperative set selection in cooperative multipoint communication

The invention provides a method for selecting a cooperative set in the cooperative multipoint communication. The method comprises the following steps of configuring a nonzero power CSI-RS (Channel State Indication Reference Signal) pattern to each transmission point in a measuring set, configuring REs (Resource Elements) of other transmission points into a mute state at a position corresponding to a CSI-RS of each transmission point, and configuring a small number of PDSCH REs (Physical Downlink Shared Channel Resource Elements) of each transmission point at the same position into a mute state; according to acquired reference signal receiving power of the CSI-RS of each transmission point and the sum of interference and noise outside the measuring set, which are inquired from the mute PDSCH REs, calculating approximate single point CQIs (Channel Quality Indicator) of each transmission point by cooperative UE (User Equipment); and finally, on the basis of the approximate single point CQIs of each transmission point, determining which points in the measuring set are selected into the cooperative set. The method not only solves the problem of deficiency of accuracy, which is caused by the case of not considering the CQIs and interference, but also solves the problem of excessively high complexity caused by the case of carrying out channel estimation and calculating the single point CQIs at the UE end, so that good balance is obtained on the aspects of accuracy and complexity and a CoMP (Cooperative MultiPoint) system is simpler and also has more reliable performance.
