The invention discloses an
air compressor lubricating oil composition with strong
oxidation resistance. The
air compressor lubricating oil composition with the strong
oxidation resistance comprises the following components in parts by
mass: 90-95 parts of synthetic
base oil, 0.01-0.03 parts of a demulsifying agent, 0.3-0.5 parts of an anti-wear agent, 1-2 parts of bis(4-(2,4,4-trimethyl-2-pentyl)phenyl)amine, 0.5-1 part of bis(3,5-di-tert-butyl)
phosphine oxide, and 1.5-2 parts of 2,2'-
methylene bis(4,6-di-t-butylphenol). A preparation method comprises the following steps of firstly mixing thebis(4-(2,4,4-trimethyl-2-pentyl)phenyl)amine, the bis(3,5-di-tert-butyl)
phosphine oxide and the 2,2'-
methylene bis(4,6-di-t-butylphenol); secondly adding other components except the synthetic
base oil, and mixing the components to form an intermediate mixture; thirdly heating the synthetic
base oil to 45-50 DEG C; and finally mixing and uniformly stirring the intermediate mixture and the syntheticbase oil. The
air compressor lubricating oil composition has the advantages that the
antioxidant performance of lubricating oil is enhanced, so that the service life of the lubricating oil is prolonged.
