The invention provides a solar silicon wafer defect detecting system. The solar silicon wafer defect detecting system comprises a visual image acquisition system, an image processing system and a sorting system; the visual image acquisition system is used for automatically acquiring images of silicon wafers on an automatic silicon wafer production line; the image processing system is used for analyzing the acquired silicon wafer images, automatically identifying the silicon wafer images and sending identification signals to the sorting system; and the sorting system is used for executing the signals of the image processing system, sorting out defective silicon wafers and sorting the silicon wafers with the same defects into same sorting boxes to realize accurate sorting of the silicon wafers. The invention also provides a detecting method based on the solar silicon wafer defect detecting system disclosed by the invention; the silicon wafers can be conveyed rapidly and rapid defect detection of the silicon wafer images can be carried out; and a high-speed and high-precision visual detection requirement of the production line can be met.

A system for delivering pulses of a desired mass of gas to a tool, comprising: a mass flow controller including flow sensor, a control valve and a dedicated controller configured and arranged to receive a recipe of a sequence of steps for opening and closing the control valve so as to deliver as sequence of gas pulses as a function of the recipe. The mass flow controller is configured and arranged so as to operate in either one of at least two modes: as a traditional mass flow controller (MFC) mode or in a pulse gas delivery (PGD) mode. Further, the mass flow controller includes an input configured to receive an input signal; an output configured to provide an output signal; a communication port configured to receive program instructions; memory configured and arranged to receive programming data determining the programmed configuration of the mass flow controller as either a digital or analog configuration; and a processor / controller for operating the mass flow controller in accordance with the programmed configuration.

System and method for improving accuracy in a speckle-based image correlation displacement sensor

A system and method for improving the accuracy of a speckle-based image correlation displacement sensor provides ultra-high accuracy by ensuring that, in the absence of motion, the speckle image does not vary over time. In one embodiment, the speckle image is stabilized by reducing or compensating for laser diode wavelength changes. Various methods for stabilizing the wavelength include thermoelectric temperature control, measuring and correcting the wavelength by any suitable means, or providing a specific wavelength of light feedback from an external grating. Image stabilization may also be accomplished by monitoring the warm-up process of the system. Once the system is determined to have completed the warm-up process, an indicator is provided to the user to indicate that the system is ready for use. Sensor geometric configurations that reduce or eliminate wavelength-related errors are also disclosed.

The method comprises the steps that sodium alga acid is dissolved in deionized water at first, the temperature is kept at 60-90 DEG C in the whole process, stirring is carried out, and even viscous liquid is obtained, wherein 0.8-20 g of sodium alga acid is dissolved in each 100 mL of deionized water; the obtained even viscous liquid is frozen and dried to obtain the spongy sodium alga acid with a loose structure; finally, the obtained spongy sodium alga acid is roasted in the inert atmosphere and cooled to room temperature after roasting is finished, dilute acid soaking is carried out, the sodium alga acid is washed with water and ethyl alcohol to be neutral through suction filtration, then, vacuum drying treatment is carried out, and the sodium-ion battery negative electrode material is obtained. The prepared sodium alga acid derivative carbon material is used as the room temperature sodium-ion battery negative electrode material, the problems that a bulk carbon material is low in battery capacity and serious in volume expansion effect can be solved, and the material has the advantages of being high in cycling stability and high in battery capacity.
