The preparation mainly comprises: (1) SiO2 surface hydroxylation treatment; (2) using surface hydroxylated treated SiO2 as the reaction core, allowing carboxyl-containing and hydroxyl-containing functional monomer DMPA and the surface hydroxyl groups of SiO2 to perform condensation polymerization reaction to obtain hyperbranched polyester grafted modified SiO2; (3) use one of 6C to 18C hydroxyl-containing alkyl acyl chloride, 6C to 18C saturated long-chain alkanoic acidor epsilon-caprolactone to modify the hyperbranched polyester grafted modified SiO2obtained in step (2). The invention utilizes the hyperbranched polyester grafted modified SiO2, silica anti-stickingparticles are uniformly distributed on the surface of the film, the roughness of the film surface is improved to a certain extent, and the hydrophilic group can further reduce the contact angle of water mist, thereby synergistically playing a better anti-fogging effect, so that the non-migrating anti-fogging master batch of the invention has anti-sticking performance and anti-fogging performanceat the same time. The non-migrating hydrophilic anti-fogging master batch is especially suitable for the film which can not be corona treated but needs excellent anti-fogging effect.
