The invention discloses a method for measuring the content of urea in musk blood-activating stasis-removing paste, which is characterized by comprising the following steps: 1) Preparing a reference solution of urea by using a methanol solution as a solvent; 2) Taking musk blood-activating stasis-removing paste, and shearing the paste to obtain a sample to be tested; 3) Dissolving and extracting the sample to be detected by using an ethanol solvent to obtain a sample solution; and 4) Measuring the content of urea in the reference solution and the sample solution by high performance liquid chromatography. The chromatographic detection conditions are as follows: amino bonded silica gel is used as a filling agent, and a mobile phase is an acetonitrile-water solution with a volume fraction ratio of 92:8; the detection wavelength is 190 nm; the sample size is 10 uL. The technical characteristics adopted by the invention solve the problems that the existing method for measuring the content ofurea is complicated, and the content of urea in the musk blood-activating stasis-removing paste is difficult to simply, conveniently and accurately detect due to more interference components in the musk blood-activating stasis-removing paste.
