assembly comprises a fixing rod, a fixing plate, a driving unit, a movable ring and a plurality of fixing units. The top surface spraying mechanism comprises a top plate, a lifting
assembly, a third
nozzle and a hose. According to the intelligent powder spraying device for
machining the automobile hub, fixing of the hub is achieved through the fixing mechanism, and the hub is conveniently driven to rotate and be sprayed, not only that, the hub is driven to rotate by utilizing the bottom surface spraying mechanism so that powder sprayed out by the first
nozzle, the second nozzle and the third nozzle can evenly adhere to the two surfaces of the hub, and the hub powder spraying quality is improved accordingly.
