bran. The device adoptsthe main technical scheme that a first vacuum charging
machine is connected with immersion tanks, the outlets of the immersion tanks are connected with a
temporary storage trough, the
temporary storage trough is sequentially connected with a sanitary pump I, a first extruding separator, a first
buffer tank and a sanitary pump II, the sanitary pump II is connected with an inlet of an acidolysis tank and an inlet of an
alkaline hydrolysis tank, the first extruding separator is connected with a
sedimentation basin, and an outlet of the acidolysis tank and the outlet of the
alkaline hydrolysis tank are connected with the
temporary storage trough; and the sanitary pump II is connected with a first-class tunnel type
washer, the first-class tunnel type
washer is connected with the inlet of a second
buffer tank, and the outlet of the second
buffer tank is connected with a second-class tunnel type
scrubber and a second extruding separator respectively. Through the adoption of the device and themethod provided by the invention, fat and
lignin in cereal materials can be fully degraded, so that continuous extraction and washing of cereals can be realized, and the device and the method have the characteristics of being high in extraction efficiency and low in cost.
