The invention relates to a
refractory material, and in particular relates to a
silicon carbide,
mullite and
andalusite spray coating for a hot-blast stove dome, and the
silicon carbide,
mullite and
andalusite spray coating is used for solving the problems that a
casting material adopted for a lining of the hot-blast stove dome in the prior art is difficult in construction and short in service life. The
spray coating comprises the following components in parts by
mass: 15-25 parts of fused
calcium aluminate cement, 0.1-0.3 part of
plasticizer, 30-35 parts of
mullite with the particle
diameter of 3-5mm, 15-23 parts of
andalusite, 8-12 parts of
silicon carbide with the particle
diameter of 0-1mm, 5-8 parts of zirconite and 1-3 parts of aluminum dihydrogen
phosphate powder. The andalusite, mullite and
silicon carbide are used as main raw materials, so that the
creep resistance and low expansion of the spray
coating are strengthened; the
petrochemical reaction of the andalusite is irreversible at a use temperature, so that the
thermal shock resistance of the spray
coating is improved, the spray
coating has the advantages of good
acid corrosion resistance, good volume stability, small high-temperature
thermal expansion coefficient and good
thermal shock resistance, poor phenomena of masonry deformation, depression,
distortion and the like of the lining of the hot-blast stove dome under the long-term high-load working condition are avoided, and the service life of the hot-blast stove dome is prolonged.
