Abstract

The invention discloses a lithium ion capacitor which comprises a membrane, a lithium ion supplying source and a shell and further comprises a cathode piece, an anode piece and organic electrolyte containing lithium. Micro-expansion graphite materials are adopted for the cathode piece to serve as cathode active materials. The micro-expansion graphite materials, a conductive agent and a binding agent are evenly mixed in a solvent according to the mass ratio of 80-90:4-8:6-12, prepared into slurry to be coated on the positive face and the reverse face of a copper foil current collector and dried. The coating thickness of the single face ranges from 30 micron to 100 micron, roll-in is conducted on electrode pieces through a roller press, and the cathode piece of the lithium ion capacitor can be obtained by cutting the electrode pieces obtained after the roll-in is conducted through a dividing and cutting machine.
