The device disclosed by the invention is divided into the parts, namely a charging cavity, reaction cavities, a collector and the like. The device comprises the following processes: mixing kieselguhr or kaolin original soil with a reactant, and feeding to the charging cavity; feeding the materials to a microwave reaction cavity in an extrusion manner, and deeply heating by virtue of a microwave; heating to over 100 DEG C for 5-30 minutes in a first reaction cavity, and preheating and drying the original soil; heating to required calcination temperature in a second reaction cavity and calcining for 5-30 minutes, so as to obtain powder material with high whiteness being over 92; and cooling and storing the generated powder material by virtue of the collector. Due to a microwave heating mode, the device disclosed by the invention is energy-saving and environment-friendly, and is capable of ensuring continuous batch production and effectively avoiding potential safety hazards such as fire hazards. The high-whiteness powder material produced by the method has good covering power and the stability, is capable of replacing or partially replacing expensive titanium dioxide material, and has a wide application prospect.

Environment-friendly synthetic ester air compressor oil and preparation method thereof

The invention provides environment-friendly synthetic ester air compressor oil. The oil is prepared from modified vegetable oil, synthetic ester, a high-temperature antioxidant, an antirust agent, anantiwear agent, a pour point reducer and an antifoaming agent, wherein the mass percent of the modified vegetable oil in the air compressor oil is 45-50%, the mass percent of the synthetic ester in the air compressor oil is 45-50%, the mass percent of the high-temperature antioxidant in the air compressor oil is 1-2%, the mass percent of the antirust agent in the air compressor oil is 1-2%, the mass percent of the antiwear agent in the air compressor oil is 1-2%, the mass percent of the pour point reducer in the air compressor oil is 1-2%, and the anti-foaming agent is 50-100 ppm. The invention further provides a preparation method of the air compressor oil. According to the environment-friendly synthetic ester air compressor oil, the open flash point can be up to 300-350 DEG C, the pour point is minus 45 DEG C or lower, the service life can be up to 10,000 h or more, and the rotary oxygen bomb time is 3,000 min or more.
