Embodiment Construction

[0025] The present invention will be further described below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and embodiments. The described embodiments are only some of the embodiments of the invention. All other embodiments without creative achievements based on the embodiments of the present invention belong to the protection scope of the present invention.

[0026] according to figure 1 A device for microwave heating and calcining powder materials with high whiteness is shown, including a feeding chamber 1, a first reaction chamber 2, a second reaction chamber 3, a collector 4, and a discharge port 5:

[0027] At the feeding chamber 1, the raw material of diatomite and 1% sodium hydroxide is fed through the feeding port 6, and is continuously extruded into the first reaction chamber 2 of the microwave reactor by the screw 7, and through this extruding Diatomaceous earth moves in the whole calcination device through the input mode.

[0028] The microwave reaction chamber is...

Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical fields of environmental protection and comprehensive utilization of resources, and particularly relates to a device for calcining a high-whiteness powder material by microwave heating. The device disclosed by the invention is divided into the parts, namely a charging cavity, reaction cavities, a collector and the like. The device comprises the following processes: mixing kieselguhr or kaolin original soil with a reactant, and feeding to the charging cavity; feeding the materials to a microwave reaction cavity in an extrusion manner, and deeply heating by virtue of a microwave; heating to over 100 DEG C for 5-30 minutes in a first reaction cavity, and preheating and drying the original soil; heating to required calcination temperature in a second reaction cavity and calcining for 5-30 minutes, so as to obtain powder material with high whiteness being over 92; and cooling and storing the generated powder material by virtue of the collector. Due to a microwave heating mode, the device disclosed by the invention is energy-saving and environment-friendly, and is capable of ensuring continuous batch production and effectively avoiding potential safety hazards such as fire hazards. The high-whiteness powder material produced by the method has good covering power and the stability, is capable of replacing or partially replacing expensive titanium dioxide material, and has a wide application prospect.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of environmental protection and resource comprehensive utilization, and in particular relates to a device for microwave heating and calcining powder materials with high whiteness. Background technique [0002] In many chemical industries such as papermaking, paint and coatings, it is necessary to use a large amount of white powder materials with high whiteness and high hiding power to improve product performance. At present, the most commonly used material is titanium dioxide, but this material is relatively expensive, and high-quality titanium dioxide mainly depends on imports. Therefore, in order to further reduce product costs and improve performance, it is necessary to find cheaper and better materials to replace or partially replace titanium dioxide materials. [0003] Diatomaceous earth is a biogenic siliceous sedimentary rock formed by the deposition of the remains of single-celled aquatic plant diat...
