According to the method, since methylbenzene has a swelling effect for polyester fibers, GMA is subjected to interfacial free-radical polymerization on the surface of artificial fibers, and generated PGMA can be anchored on the surface of the artificial fibers, and therefore, epoxy groups can be led onto the surface of the fibers; through a grafting reaction, the epoxy groups react with amidogens on cysteamine, so that sulfydryl can be led onto the surface of the fibers; stable S-Ag bonds are formed between the sulfydryl and silver particles, so that composite nanoparticles can be immobilized on the surface of the artificial fibers; and the outer yarn body of the yarn is coated with titanium dioxide / nano silver composite nanoparticles, and the durability of the antibacterial property of the yarn can be improved through the synergistic effect of titanium dioxide and nano silver particles.
