The invention relates to a piezoelectric thread driving type one-dimensional positioning platform, and belongs to the technical field of precision driving and positioning. The platform comprises a positioning
workbench, a lifting mechanism, a driving mechanism and a base; the driving mechanism includes a piezoelectric thread driver composed of a
stator and a rotor; the
stator consists of four piezoelectric transducers with the same structure and a
flange nut, and the rotor is a screw rod; the four piezoelectric transducers are located in the base and connected with the outer circumference of the nut base through flexible hinges respectively. The
flange nut is fixed to one axial end of the nut seat and connected with the screw in a matched mode. The upper end of the screw rod is in contactwith the bottom surface of the positioning
workbench, when two groups of sine alternating-current voltages with the same frequency, the same amplitude and the
phase difference of pi / 2 are adopted andthe driving signals are used as two groups of driving signals for forming four piezoelectric transducers which are orthogonally arranged, the screw rod is driven to obtain the rotating speed, generateclockwise or anticlockwise rotating motion and convert the
clockwise or anticlockwise rotating motion into axial
linear motion, so that the positioning
workbench is pushed to generate upward or downward lifting motion.
