ammonium sulfate fertilizer through desulfurizing a
smoke by an
ammonia process, and a method thereof. The apparatus comprises a desulfurization
tower, an evaporating crystallizer, a
cyclone, a thickener, a
centrifuge, a
drying machine and a
packaging machine, wherein the top of the evaporating crystallizer is provided with a stirrer; the
penetration depth of a
propeller into the evaporating crystallizer is 1 / 3-2 / 3 of the length of the evaporating crystallizer; the upper part of the evaporating crystallizer is provided with a
barrel-shaped baffle plate; the
diameter of the
barrel-shaped baffle plate is 1 / 3-3 / 4 of the
diameter of the evaporating crystallizer; a guiding cylinder is arranged in the
barrel-shaped baffle plate; the
diameter of the guiding cylinder is 1 / 3-2 / 3 of the diameter of the barrel-shaped baffle plate; the lower part of the guiding cylinder is positioned on the upper part of the
propeller of the stirrer; and the upper end opening of the barrel-shaped baffle plate is connected with a
vacuum pump. The stirrer, the barrel-shaped baffle plate and the guiding cylinder enable a crystallizing solution to circulatorily flow, so the
retention time of
ammonium sulfate particles in the crystallizing solution is prolonged, the
ammonium sulfate particles gradually grow, and the
ammonium sulfate particle sizes are 100-1000mum, thereby the apparatus and the technology have the characteristics of high
smoke purification, effective improvement of the
ammonia absorbent
utilization rate and the like, and have the advantages of equipment investment saving and operation cost saving.
