The invention provides a hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive and a preparation method thereof, which solve the problems of improving initial tack, oil penetration and die cutting property, etc. The hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive comprises the following components by weight: 25-40 parts of matrix resin, 48-60 parts of tackifier, 12-22 parts of plasticizer and 0.6-1.2 part of a stabilizing agent, wherein the matrix resin comprises triblock copolymer of styrene-isoprene-styrene and diblock copolymer solution-polymerized styrene butadiene rubber of styrene-butadiene in a weight ratio of 1.2-3.1. The hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive provided by the invention has better initial tack, high peel strength and standard holding power; the hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive is free of oil penetration for seven days under heat temperature testing conditions and can be stored for one year at the normal temperature without oil penetration; the adhesive has better die cutting property; and the softening point reaches to 115 DEG C. The hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive of the invention can totally meet the requirement on fabricating back adhesive bags, labels and adhesive tapes.

In one form, the multiple heat transfer paths may include a relatively laminar portion and a relatively turbulent portion, where in one form the increased turbulence may be obtained through numerous turbulators. Other such heat transfer paths may include an intermediate exhaust path, a discreet coolant channel or the like. Any or all of the turbulators, exhaust path or discreet coolant channel may be tuned in order to increase or decrease an amount of heat delivered to the cooling fin from the battery cells.

In this method, cooling is stopped at a strip temperature that is higher than a transition boiling initiation temperature in the first cooling step, and the cooling is conducted using the cooling water having a water flow rate that causes nucleate boiling in the subsequent second cooling step. Entering the temperature range of transition boiling can be completely prevented to avoid thermal instability in cooling resulting from the transition boiling, and the temperature variation of the strip after cooling is controlled to be small while the cooling end temperature can be precisely controlled.

The invention relates to a system and a method for automatically and circularly complementing a texture-etching solution of a crystalline-silicon solar cell. A liquid conveying pipeline (1) is connected with a liquid storage box (2); the liquid storage box (2), a pump (5), at least three reaction troughs (8) and the liquid storage box (2) are sequentially connected so as to form a circular loop; the liquid storage box (2) is connected with the reaction troughs (8) sequentially by the pump (5), a manual valve (6), an automatic valve (7) and a flow meter (9); the liquid storage box (2) and the reaction troughs (8) are internally provided with a heating system and a liquid level sensor (10); and the liquid storage box (2) is connected with a solution dosing box (11) by the manual valve (6) and the automatic valve (7). In the invention, all reaction troughs are connected by the liquid storage box to form one reaction trough with large volume, the influence of the reaction consumption and the reaction heat on the concentration and temperature of the solution is reduced, the uniformity of the solution is improved, and the changing rate of the concentration is effectively reduced when complementing the solution.
