The invention relates to an estimation method of weathering measurement relationship between salt-based ions and silicon in soil mixed minerals. The estimation method comprises the following steps: adding weathered soil samples without sundries into a centrifugal bottle; adding an EDTA-ammonium acetate solution into the soil samples, and performing uniform stirring, sealing, and vibration in sequence; performing centrifugal filtration, collecting supernatant, and determining the content of salt-based ions in the supernatant; repeating the steps until the content of the salt-based ions in the collected supernatant is not changed any longer; washing redundant EDTA-ammonium acetate in soil with ammonium-free ethanol; adding an acid rain leaching solution into the soil samples of which salt bases are eluted, performing uniform stirring, vibration and centrifugation, performing filtration, collecting supernatant, and determining pH, the content of silicon and the content of the salt-based ions; every 6 days, repeating drip washing, calculating the acid rain leaching quantity of each salt-based ion, and the weathering measurement relationship between the salt-based ions and the silicon. According to the estimation method disclosed by the invention, a batch (Batch) method is adopted, so that the eluting capacity is powerful, and the eluting effects are good. According to the soil exchangeability salt-based elution method, the experiment effects and the precision are remarkably improved, and the soil exchangeability salt-based elution method has wide application prospects.
