The invention relates to a heating and evaporating method of a novel electron beam provided with powdered material with comparatively high melting point and a device thereof. The method combines an electron beam heating evaporating method and a resistance heating evaporating method to provide a filamentose cathode with a negative bias by a high voltage dc power, thus a highfield is formed between the negative bias and an earthing crucible; furthermore, a filamentose hot cathode is provided with an adjustable working current by a low voltage ac power to lead an electron beam current to be emitted by the filamentose hot cathode; the electron beam current bombards and heats the crucible at a high speed under the action of a strong electric field. An electrochromic layer tungsten trioxide WO3 film and an electrolyte layer lithium fluoride LiF film applied to electrochromic equipment can be prepared by using the electron beam heating and evaporating method of the invention; the film material prepared is dense and the charge transport performance is excellent; the film thickness can be precisely controlled when the method is applied to the evaporating preparation of polyimide substrate flexible film and solar cell nickel barrier film, and the device is characterized by simple operation.

The invention provides a large-particle perovskite single crystal / polymer composite thick film, a photoelectric detector and a preparation method. The preparation method comprises the following steps:step 1, fully dissolving perovskite to obtain a saturated solution, conducting filtering, and conducting continuous heating to obtain a perovskite single crystal; step 2, drying the perovskite singlecrystal, carrying out mechanical grinding and screening to obtain perovskite single crystal particles, and carrying out vacuum drying to obtain single crystal particles with the diameters of 500nm-10[mu]m; step 3, dispersing the single crystal particles in a polymer solution to prepare a dispersion liquid; and step 4, spin-coating the dispersion liquid on a transparent conductive substrate deposited with a hole transport layer to prepare the large-particle perovskite single crystal particle and polymer composite thick film, and annealing the composite thick film on a hot platform at a spin-coating rotating speed of 100-4000 rpm. The composite thick film provided by the invention has the advantages of excellent charge transmission performance, high response speed, high stability, low darkcurrent and noise, simplicity and convenience in preparation and the like.

The invention provides a naphthalene tetracarboxyldiimide copolymer containing a thienopyrroledione unit. The general molecular formula of the copolymer is as described in the specification. In the general molecular formula, n is an integer in a range of 5 to 100, R1 is a C1-20 alkyl group or a constitutional unit as described in the specification, R2, R3 and R4 are selected from the group consisting of alkyl groups for H and C1 to C20 and alkoxy groups for C1 to C20, and R5, R6 and R7 are selected from the group consisting of alkyl groups for H and C1 to C20. Thienopyrroledione is an excellent acceptor material. The structure of a naphthalene tetracarboxyldiimide compound includes centronucleus of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon and an imide group with an electron-withdrawing characteristic, and an imide unit with strong electron-withdrawing capability in the compound can reduce the energy levels of HOMO and LUMO in a material, which is beneficial for injection of electrons. The invention relates to a perylene tetracarboxylic dianiline conjugated polymer which has high solubility and high film forming processing performance and can effectively utilize sunlight and a preparation method and application thereof. The perylene tetracarboxylic dianiline conjugated polymer utilizes high carrier mobility of thiophene [3,2-b] bithiophene and has the advantage of solution processibility. The invention provides a triarylated amine compound and a preparation method thereof, and application to preparation of a solar cell, which are used to solve the problem in the prior art of low photoelectric conversion efficiency of a dye-sensitized solar cell. According to the invention, six triarylated amine dye sensitizers are obtained by synthesizing triarylated amine which serves as a donor, a thiazole-containing conjugate aromatic ring which serves as a bridged bond, and cyanoacetic acid which serves as a receptor. The dye-sensitized solar cell obtained by assembling the compounds which serve as the dye sensitizers has higher photoelectric conversion efficiency, and a new applicable substance is added to screening of the dye sensitizers.

Disclosed are a tetra-beta-carboxyl phenoxy metal phthalocyanine / graphene composite material and a method. Graphene is easy to agglomerate and has relative inert surface and poor dispersity, so that defects of poor selectivity and recovery capability, low sensitivity and the like occur when graphene is used as a gas-sensitive material. Further application of a phthalocyanine complex is hindered due to an overhigh resistance value in practical application. The effect between the phthalocyanine complex and graphene is still unclear, and the distribution of the phthalocyanine complex on the surface of graphene is still not uniform. The compositions of the composite material comprise the following components: 0.85%-1.69% of tetra-beta-carboxyl phenoxy metal phthalocyanine, 0.40%-0.56% of graphene, 80.1%-83.1% of N, N-dimethylformamide, 2.61%-3.05% of hydrazine aqueous solution, and 15.2%-17.1% of ammonia water, wherein the percentage is weight percentage. Composite membrane counter electrode used for dye-sensitized solar cells and preparation method thereof

The invention relates to a composite membrane counter electrode used for dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSC) and a preparation method thereof, solving the problem that platinum counter electrodes of the existing DSSC have high preparation cost. The composite membrane counter electrode of the invention comprises a conductive substrate, a manganese dioxide membrane and a conductive polymer membrane. The preparation method of the invention comprises the following steps: first preparing electrophoretic liquid of the manganese dioxide and then electrophoretically depositing the manganese dioxide membrane on the conductive substrate; preparing electrodeposition liquid of a conductive polymer and depositing the conductive polymer membrane on the manganese dioxide membrane by cyclic voltammetry to obtain the composite membrane counter electrode used for DSSC. The composite membrane counter electrode of the invention has good catalytic performance and low preparation cost. The photoelectric conversion efficiency of the DSSC based on the composite membrane counter electrode of the invention reaches 3.85%, which is equivalent to that of the existing DSSC based on the Pt counter electrodes.

This charge-transporting varnish includes: a fluorine-containing charge-transporting substance; a non-fluorine-containing charge-transporting substance; a dopant substance comprising a heteropoly acid; and an organic solvent. The fluorine-containing charge-transporting substance is a polymer which has a weight average molecular weight of 500-200,000, and which is obtained by condensing: at least one compound selected from triarylamine compounds and tetraarylbenzidine compounds; a tetraarylbenzidine compound having at least one aryl group substituted with an alkoxy group which may include ether bonds; a fluorine-containing aryl aldehyde compound; and a fluorene derivative having a carbonyl group. The non-fluorine-containing charge-transporting substance is an oligoaniline compound. The charge-transporting varnish provides a thin film with which an organic electroluminescent element exhibiting excellent luminance characteristics can be achieved, even in cases when employed as a single layer in a state of being provided between and in contact with a positive electrode and a light-emission layer.
