The present invention relates to an organic electroluminescent (OEL) compound that comprises at least one fluorene derivative and at least one carbazole derivative. The compound has good electrical properties, light emitting properties and charge transport ability, and thus is suitable as a host material suitable for fluorescent and phosphorescent dopants of all colors including red, green, blue, white, etc., and as a charge transport material. An OEL display device that uses an organic layer that includes the OEL compound has a high efficiency, a low voltage, a high luminance, and a long lifespan because it has superior current density.

The invention discloses a method for regulating river branch black and odorous water bodies by using a graphene modified nano titanium dioxide photocatalyst fiber net. The method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing a reduction-oxidation graphene modified nano titanium dioxide hetero-structure composite photocatalyst; (2) preparing a water-resistant and impact-resistant aluminum-based crosslinking agent to form a homogeneous mixture with the catalyst, adding the homogeneous mixture into fiber stuff for producing a high-density polyethylene fiber net, or also preparing a high-density polyethylene fiber net provided with a nano photocatalysis film coating; (3) performing natural drying in the air, and then performing drying at a constant temperature in a drying room; and (4) arranging the graphene modified nano titanium dioxide photocatalyst high-density polyethylene fiber net on a river branch to contact with the water surface and receive illumination at the same time so as to control the river branch black and odorous water bodies. The method disclosed by the invention does not need aeration oxygenation, is energy-saving and environment-friendly, and is lower in cost and simpler in process.

Yellow-light electroluminescent material based on 8-hydroxyquinoline zinc metal complex tripolymer and controllable preparation method thereof

The invention discloses a yellow-light electroluminescent material based on an 8-hydroxyquinoline zinc metal complex tripolymer and a controllable preparation method thereof. According to the controllable preparation method, an electron-withdrawing group and an electron-donating group are simultaneously introduced to a 8-hydroxyquinoline ligand, the electron-withdrawing group has the effects of reducing the electron cloud density of a pyridine ring and enhancing the charge transmission property of the pyridine ring, and the electron-donating group has the function of enhancing the solubility of a complex. The controllable preparation method disclosed by the invention realizes the controllable preparation of a single-crystal structure of the 8-hydroxyquinoline zinc metal complex tripolymer, and the maximum absorption peak of the single-crystal structure is in a yellow-light emitting area of 588 nanometers. The yellow-light electroluminescent material disclosed by the invention has the advantages of good solubility property, good film-forming property, high yield, high luminous efficiency, good stability and low cost and can be used for conveniently processing and manufacturing a large-area display device.

The benzoheterocyclic compound has a structure represented by formula (I); and in the formula, R1 is any one of hydrogen atom, a C1-C20 alkyl group, a C1-C20 alkoxy group, a phenyl group, a naphthyl group, an anthryl group and a phenanthryl group, Y1 and Y2 are respectively independently selected from a carbon atom, an oxygen atom and a sulfur atom, one of the Y1 and Y2 is the carbon atom, Ar1 is a single-bond or monosubstituted or unsubstituted group of any one of a phenyl group, a naphthyl group, a fluorenyl group, a phenanthryl group, anacenaphthenyl group and an aromatic heterocyclic ring, m is 0 or 1, D1 and D2 are respectively independently selected from an aryl group or a heteroaryl group, and Ar2 and Ar3 are respectively independently selected from an aryl group and a heteroaryl group. The benzoheterocyclic compound can be used as a material for a capping layer (CPL) of an OLED device to obtain a high light extraction efficiency and avoid the problem of reduction of the color purity of the blue light-emitting device.

The two-dimensional conjugated polymer has a structural formula as shown in a formula I. In the formula I, Ar1 is a conjugate aromatic ring or a condensed ring constructed by the conjugate aromatic ring, and the conjugate aromatic ring is thiophene, bithiophene, a phenyl ring, furan or selenophene; and R1, R2 and R3 are independently selected from a group consisting of a silyl group, H, halogen, an alkyloxy group and an alkylthio group, and at least one substituent of R1, R2 and R3 is the silyl group which is a straight-chain or branched-chain silyl group with a carbon atom number of 1 to 30. The silane-substituted two-dimensional conjugated polymer provided by the invention has greatly improved photoelectric properties and good charge transfer performance and an appropriate electronic energy level, and is applicable as an electron donor material for matching with a narrowband N-type micromolecular receptor material to a non-fullerene polymer solar cell device.
