chromium cast iron wear-resistant
coating selective surfacing method and device. The method comprises the steps that a to-be-welded
base metal is placed on the upper surface of a
copper pipe of a circulating
water cooling device, wherein the circulating
water cooling device comprises a
copper pipe cooling device and a cooling circulating
system, the cooling circulating
system is provided with a water outlet and a water inlet, and the two ends of the
copper pipe respectively communicate with the water outlet and the water inlet of the cooling circulating
system; the circulating
water cooling device is started, so that cooling water flows between the copper pipe and the circulating water cooling device; the to-be-welded
base metal is placed on the copper pipe,the to-be-welded
base metal is taken as a matrix, and surfacing of high-
chromium cast iron wear-resistant
coating is carried out on the upper surface of the to-be-welded base
metal; and in the surfacing process, the to-be-welded base
metal is in direct contact with the cooling circulating system, and the
cooling speed of a surfacing layer and the heat dissipation direction during cooling in the surfacing process of the high-
chromium cast iron are controlled so as to control the growth direction of
carbide, so that a main wear-resistant phase in the high-chromium cast iron wear-resistant
coating, namely the
carbide, grows vertical to the surface of the base
metal. The method and the device have the advantages of being good in
machining effect, and high in
machining efficiency.
