The invention relates to a
tertiary buffering device for mitigation of automobile collision. The
tertiary buffering device comprises a rubber layer, an
airbag layer and a spring layer and can be mounted at one part, easy to have a collision, of an automobile, such as an automobile head, an automobile
tail and side positions of the automobile. The rubber layer, the
airbag layer and the spring layerare arranged in sequence from
right to left; the rubber layer is bonded with the
airbag layer through sticky connection; the airbag layer is fixedly connected with the spring layer through a bolt; the spring layer is fixed at one part easy to have a collision, such as the automobile head, the automobile
tail and an automobile door, through a bolt; two pressure limiting holes are formed in the airbag layer and controlled by a pressure limiting opening mechanism; and when the pressure in the airbag layer reaches a preset value, the pressure limiting mechanism is started so that the air in an airbag enters into the pressure limiting holes via air holes in the two sides of the pressure limiting mechanism and are exhausted via air exhaust holes in the two sides of the spring layer. According to the
tertiary buffering device, the
impact force generated in the automobile collision process can be effectively neutralized, the damage degree of the automobile can be reduced, the passenger safetycan be protected, the manufacturing cost is low, and the device is effective and practical.
